Purpose of the treatment

Personal data is processed for purposes strictly connected to the services offered by the business, purposes related to the fulfillment of obligations established by law, regulations, community legislation and the protection of public order, ascertainment and prosecution of crimes. Methods and data retention
The data is kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data is collected, therefore in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. Data Breach
The data controller will have a legal obligation to make data leaks known to the national authority and to notify them within 72 hours of becoming aware of them. Reports of data leaks are not subject to any "de minimis" standards and must be reported to the overseeing authority as soon as they become known and in any case within 72 hours. In some situations, individuals whose data has been stolen will need to be notified.
